played by William Roerick (1980-96). Father of Vanessa and Quint. Grandfather of Dinah, Bill, Peter, J. Pseudo father to Jenna. Previously involved with Bea Reardon. Died in his sleep 3/6/96 while visiting Quinton in California.

played by Jean Carol (1988-95). Mother of Frank and Harley. Previously married to Buzz Cooper, Billy Lewis. Previously involved with Carroll, Alan Spaulding, Ross Marler. Killed by Brent Lawrence (blow to the head with a candlestick). Was somewhat psychic. Had visions of a woman being murdered, but didn't realize it was her own death she was seeing until it was too late.

played by Scott Hoxby (1993-95). Police Detective. Previously dated Tangie Hill, Mindy Lewis, Lucy Cooper, Holly Lindsey, Marian Crane. Frank's Boss. Murdered by Marian Crane (stabbed to death). He was getting too close to the truth, suspected Marian of Lucky Fowler's murder.
